Collimage FA
Textile Color Fastness Evaluation Device

The evaluation of textile color fastness is carried out in accordance with the "EN ISO 105-A11: "Determination of color fastness grades by digital imaging techniques" standard.

In this way;
•Human eye,
•Inappropriate and expired light source,
•Incorrect placement of the sample in the light booth,
•Use of faded or dirty gray scale,
•Sample evaluation not suitable for measurement, and thus correct results are obtained.

Sustainability in quality is ensured with fast, clear and precise evaluations in each measurement.
Standards and Various Fastness Assessments:

It can successfully perform fastness tests against Washing (ISO 105-C06), Ironing (ISO 105-X11), crocking (ISO 105-X12), Bleaching: Hypochlorite (ISO 105-N01), Bleaching: Peroxide (ISO 105-N02), Saliva (DIN 53160-1), Artificial daylight (ISO 105-B02), Water (ISO 105-E01), Sweating (ISO 105-E04), Seawater (ISO 105-E02), Chlorinated Water (ISO 105-E03), Dry Cleaning (ISO 105-D01), phenolic yellowing potential (ISO 105-X18) processes.

At the same time, color controls between batches in production, fabric head-end and wing color differences can be easily tracked with Colimage FA and can be prepared as a photographic report.

Different multifibre samples, rubbing fastness test fabric, light fastness blue wool scales and fastness and color difference evaluation in all types of fabrics can be carried out quickly and with high precision with Colimage FA.

Images of analyzed samples are presented to the user in the relevant tests section of the report.

In this way, misleading changes (such as fading, wear and loss) in measured fabric samples over time are prevented.
